Clean Smoke offers a 28 Day Replacement Guarantee on any Starter Kits or parts.  The guarantee shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification during the 28 day time period. Any returns must be in the original unused condition and be accompanied by original sales receipt. If proof cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is not reimbursed.     

Defective parts… We will replace any defective part with a brand new replacement that is identical or better and newer if available.

Cartridges are not warranted nor are painted surfaces against scratches & chipping.  We process returns immediately.  Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.

We cannot accept returns on any e liquids or cartridges, on any condition, due to health code regulations.
